I'm mighty intrigued by this system, particularly what they have up their sleeves with the controller.

But the most interesting development is Nintendo working so cooperatively with third party developers. Third party games rarely sold well on the Wii, and I know a lot of developers shied away from the console. If they can produce a graphic superior model (to PS3 and 360) with innovative controls and BC then throw in true third party support, that system could outsell the Wii.

They'd better hope it outsells the Wii. I guarantee you that Nintendo does not want to make most its money off handhelds..

We're past the point of speculation. 3rd party developers are leaking info.

$350-$400 from sweatshop Foxconn = $600-$700 worth of hardware. Sounds good to me.

Nice I will wait for Nintendo to recieve a respectable amount of 3rd party good games, not mario or zelda. Till then I will stick to 360/ps3.

So how much are these controllers going to cost? Touch screen? 50 dollar controllers now?

I think those pictures Keyser Soze posted are just fan mockups, or something along those lines (i.e., not real). Maybe it was obvious, but just thought I'd point that out.

Yes they are mock ups, I know that. But Controllers that are touchscreen and can have games streamed to their screen sounds pretty expensive.
