I've rarely paid full price for my games. Wait at least 6 months and most of the AAA titles are down 20-30 bucks.

But if you mean you play it a lot "cheaper" on the PC, 60 bucks is not really an excuse, is it?

Those rumors are just going wild now. I mean...touchscreen tablet on the controller, allowing you to stream the game from the console to the controller? That's nuts.

The HD controller is probably the 3DS. They've been working on the console-handheld concept since the Gamecube and GBA.

    Word.

But for a lot of the online games now, they make you pay money for an access code if you buy used.

I imagine that having a controller with a touch screen display would well for card games / board games. Party games that require both a shared and private display. Lots of other applications of course, but that's what immediately came to mind for me.

Dead Space 2 comes to mind for sure. If you didn't buy the game, you have to pay $10 for an access code to play online.

I believe there was a similar situation with Mass Effect 2.

Wonder if there's any chance of them retaining Gamecube compatibility, only because my living room is cluttered enough as it is. I have a Wii, a 360, a PS3 slim, a launch PS3, and a Japanese PS2. Don't really want a 6th system if I can avoid it.

The ratio of good games out for the Kinect and the Move together compared to the number of good games out for Wii alone is probably like 1 to 10.

I can't even think of 10 decent games for the Wii...

So I guess the Kinect/Move can have zero good games to disprove your statement.

First off, I'm fairly certain he was exaggerating.

    Second,

    1. Twilight Princess
    2. Super Smash Bros. Brawl
    3. Wii Sports/ Sports Resort
    4. Mario Kart Wii
    5. Wii Fit
    6. Just Dance/ Just Dance 2
    7. Super Mario Galaxy
    8. Ravin Rabbids series
    9. Okami
    10. World of Goo
    11. Cooking Mama

I dont really think he was exaggerating. There are still a few other games you could add to that list that are very good. e.g. elebits, galaxy 2, boomblox, no more heroes, etc. all very good games.

    Hoping for something good.

I have all three systems (PS3, Xbox, and Wii) and a PC for gaming, and the Wii has been rotting for months now.

Wii's resolution and games library is pathetic.

Try no more heroes and mad world, two games that didn't get love from the "hardcore" gamer group in sales even though they were the target audience. Got some pretty good reviews too.

Did I say Cooking Mama? I meant...ummmm...I meant....

    ...Madden?

Ok, fine, I enjoy Cooking Mama more than I probably should. Pokepark as well.
