I'm in a similar situation, but it works out well for me, 'cause I have Helton just about ready to come off the DL.

He's full of ****. He probably heard it off of some Cubs board or an ESPN board.
If there were even a freaking HINT of anything like that, it would have already spread all over like a damn rash.

Speak up Ankich. It better be something more than "some dude" or some website" told you...

Ensberg came to mind here too, but he did hit 25 two years ago and he was hurt last year. Also, his head hasn't tripled in size like Bonds did.

What's funny is everyone's looking at who recently surged. Don't forget that Raffy tested positive EARLY in the season and it just now came out after arbitration.

Not saying I don't suspect Giambi (although my fantasy team hopes its not him) just saying that we can't use recent numbers as a barometer.

Sorry, I would have posted sooner to say I was just joking, but I was struck by lightning as soon as I hit 'enter'.

I don't think that there's any way that it's Giambi.

He's still on a ton of medications from the benign tumor he had last season, and his health is still being closely monitored.

    I'm guessing Sosa.

c'mon guys, it couldn't be more obvious. He's right under our nose playing with the Astros.

Willie Taveras! Look at him, he's bulked up way too quick, and those gaudy power numbers from a leadoff hitter????!!!

There have GOT to be good odds on a guy like Julio Franco. It's obscure, yes, but how can a 46-year-old man be in such great shape without nagging inuries (like bad knees or something).

Personally I don't think he is into steroids at all, but if he did it ain't a shock to no one.

On another note, I've heard rumors over the last few months that George Brett had a close connection to 'roids...no, not steroids...

Sheffield is my best guess, too.

Sheffield was just on Steven A's show today and when asked straight up said he'd never touched steroids (other than "the cream"), although he did swallow a good gulp right after saying it.

A sick feeling in me says someone from the Stros......

derrek lee seems just about right since my "in 1st place forever" fantasy team has finally fallen to 2nd in the middle of a huge slump for everyone (and mother****ing bobby abreu doesn't hit a mother****ing homer after the all-star break for a month and then lights up prior-on my fantasy team-with a ****ing grand slam) and lee getting hit would be perfect. of course, the way he's been playing the last few weeks, he must be off them by now.

i'd love it if it was pujols.

wouldn't giambi being caught with roids be like lamar odom getting caught with more weed? that's not much to report. i suspect sheffield has "unknowingly" been on roids for most of his career.

there's no question in my mind that sosa was on roids but i don't think the person is another baltimore player.

my darkhorse is luis gonzales who i've suspected for a while now.

Selig said that there was a young player who has had questionable test. I'd guess pujlous or carlos lee. My GF says Andruw Jones but to me hes just getting fatter.
