Legit in what sense... Legit as in we can make this interesting all year? Legit as in we can make the playoffs? Legit as in we can win the playoffs? Legit as in we can win the whole thing? Honestly, as much as I want the Astros to do well, there are no trades we can pull off to make this team legit enough to make and win a WS. And if you cannot do that, then what is the point of trading any of your prospects. Frankly, the Astros have been a streaky team for a couple years (yes play nearly .667 baseball for a 1.5-2 months is streaky), and I seriously doubt this play will last throughout the year.
You don't give up on the season when you are 2 games out, the 69 Mets won it all. Injuries could happen to other teams, the Stros could get hot...anything can happen. Just get to the playoffs... DD
