Could NY somehow maintain McGrady's Bird Rights and sign & trade him to Cleveland for Lebron thus assuring Lebron the biggest deal possible? Lebron controls the world does he not?

letting McGrady expire is a better route even if he expires on his couch

    ...contractually of course

Why would Clevaland want to take McGrady's contract at all, even if he's signed ot a deal that only guarantee him 1 year?

Knicks would have to give CLE something worthwhile for them to participate in a S&T.

Also, for S&T purpose, the 1 year remaining on Curry + Jeffries work just as well if all you want is a salary balance.

Yes, he was the man who was regurgitating his Famous Ray's pizza all over the bleachers, after witnessing multiple Knicks in action. :p

Somehow this is all part of some genius plan by NY. To go from a joke to title contender. LBJ and TMac in NYC-2010.
    I'm just playing around.

We've heard this same rumor several times now. I'd rather let McGrady expire than take the Knicks' trash.

I just had an epiphany. I am an atheist, and as such, I have never understood the concept of blind faith. However, I just realized I have blind faith in something. Because I read this rumor and thought to myself "If Morey is willing to do this, he has examined and analyzed the hell out of these guys and figured out something nobody else knows."

Essentially my thought process was "Morey can't be wrong".

Wow. So this is what blind faith feels like.

Cuttino Mobley's contract would be involved as well. Insurance is actually paying for what is owed to him.
