I think at best he sees limited back up role, maybe even 3rd string back up PG. Let's be reasonable here and think about it. Without any taste of the more physical American basketball style; Without any NBA experience, especially defensively. He will be slaughtered to guard the elite NBA PGs. I think he has far more potential than JL3. Maybe 2-3 years down the road, he will even be the starting PG. But for the immediate future, JL3 is going to be far more effective than him.

I think v-span has a chance to do really well. I remeber when tony parker was 19 years old fresh out of french pro leagues and was blowing by people in the nba. He ended up starting for the spurs practicly in no time. The same thing could happen with v-span. At worst he pushes Alston and jl3 to make their games even better so they can pull more playing time.
