(Rumor) LeBron to Rockets marketing materials currently being created

    Yes, I know, pics or it didn't happen. Close friend of someone that works for the company that the Rockets use to outsource marketing materials, ala slicks that get displayed on the outside of the arena, etc. They have been given the go ahead to create LeBron with Paul and Harden material via Photoshop to be printed on large display. Yes I asked, this is NOT the billboard material saying "hey LeBron, please come to Houston" etc. This person says the entire office is "going crazy" regarding working on this project.

    My thoughts, this may just be the organization getting a head start JIC a trade does happen or sales pitch. *See Carmelo as the key to a championship jumbo head* Or, it could be a precursor to what's to come in a few days. I'm not an attention w**** tread starter, just passing on what I heard. For the record, I'm luke warm at best about LeBron joining the team, especially when considering who we might have to send out.

    I don't think this would be to "woo" him. This would be if he picked Houston and the Rockets likely posting a banner of the 3 outside of the Toyota Center somewhere -- similar to what they did with Dwight. I'm sure if this is true, they're just doing this in case they do actually land LeBron somehow. No different than a championship shirt and hat made for both Superbowl teams.

    what the OP is saying is that it's possible the FO got confirmation that Lebron is coming so they wanted to start making the big ass banner going up the Toyota Center OR it could just be the wooing and marketing ploy

    So will they send the banners to Africa if Lebron does not come here like with Cavs 2018 champs or warriors 2016 championship shirts?

    That's why things havent been leaked. While people have been checking real estate agents, barbershops, and schools... the answer has been at a print shop the whole time
