He’s got such a gorgeous shot, it just rarely falls. I wonder if his vision is off or something because his form is excellent.
Medusa's clanked shots goes all over the place. I think he is the only player where we don't know where the rebound is going to be.
He is useless on the floor other than a stand at the 3pt line and shoot, he just is never in the right spot on Defense, can't create - honestly, seems a bit slow in the quick thinking department. I hope he finds a fit. DD
Contending teams can get better players at the buyout market for free. The broken system effects teams like the Rockets.
Don’t be so surprised, the NBA is looking at a very grim outlook with Covid 19. It didn’t help that game tampering and rule bending for high-profile players and teams have corrupted the game. Viewership has gone down and will continue to go down. Nobody is watching unwatchable games. Players are playing for nothing. No one is really playing hard or competing. Stars are sitting games and lining pockets.
Bingo. Silas deserves all the blame. Ben Mac is good when only focusing on breathing and shooting. Anything else, and well, look at the disaster he is this season (or prior to last season). Mike D did such a good job of sticking with him last year when he couldn't even figure out just shooting. He kept insisting that his stroke would come. Ben had a strong season after the first 20 games or so. Its too bad that Silas does not always play to his players strengths. Mike Ds recognition of having a player focus on what they are good at is one of the things that makes him such a good coach. I'm hoping Silas realizes this someday if he wants to maximize his talent.
As a Jayhawk fan I recall Ben coming here as a five star recruit and just kind of going through the motions as a one and done player. That pattern seems to have set in during his professional career. The crucial question is who is replacing him on the roster?
I like him as a player just fine, but i dont like him eating minutes on a team building for the future. Where they are going, he wasnt going to be back next year and a one dimensional shooter does nothing for teaching the kids about teamwork or playing hard or any of that stuff. I was surprised to see him in the rotation since the trade deadline. Perhaps done a favor to him to help him find something somewhere else. It made no sense to give him minutes over any of the kids.
