It all sounds too good to be true...but i've seen crazier things happen in this league (i.e., t-mac traded for francis; rockets getting #1 overall pick in 2002 draft with around a 5% chance and then the same thing happening w/ portland and seattle this year for the 1,2 picks; hakeem getting traded to toronto; etc.). in another words...keep the hope alive!
Why would they trade for contracts expiring NEXT year when Bibby opting out would essentially be a contract expiring THIS year?
Yeah that's my point. Him opting out isn't much of a threat for them. They have no incentive to trade him for cap relief when he is only two years away from cap relief anyway. Opting out is their ideal scenario.
nip it in the bud. no way such a comment is made on 610 with no one hearing it on this bbs and reporting it within the 20 minutes that have passed since the thread started.
I'm definitely not going to get too overly excited. It's tough to judge someone when it comes to $$$$$. I hope it's true though.
normally, i'm listening to 610 at this time of day. but was enjoying Coldplay's "Rush of Blood to the Head," instead. which incidentally is how you know i'm gay.
Bonzi Wells bahahaha on a more serious note. If we are able to retain Bonzi, and get some production out of him, and then sign Bibby. Look out western conference!
I with you HP this is bogus a bogus rumor started in realgm and no one else has heard anything about. Prove to me otherwise.
