Awesome...thanks man! And I ended up getting one of the $99 XBOX 360's from CompUSA last night! WHOOOP!
Did you have to sign up for a cellular phone contract to get that deal? I think I saw something about that stipulation.
Yeah, I did. But I was about to sign up with a new cell phone carrier last weekend. It could of been Sprint, Cingular, or TMOBILE.... I signed up with Cingular....cancelled my Tmobile.
Where I live in College STation the signal power was crap. If I drove down the road for about a min or 2 it would become really good, but at my house I suffered to get 1 bar. I liked TMOBILE, they give you the most for your money. But I wanted a good new phone too, and I was about to renew my tmobile account...but was worried about the signal. My buds had a good signal at my house with cingular, so I got them.
I had the same basic issues with T-Mobile when I lived in College Station and switched to Cingular for the same reasons. Actually I started off as a freshman with Verizon and would drop about half of my calls in the buildings on campus at A&M. Switched to T-Mobile at Christmas break and I didn't receive signal at all in buildings on campus and got shoddy signal around town. I took that phone back and cancelled the contract the weekend after I got it and switched to Cingular. No problems after that. Granted, I was a freshman in 2002, so they could have build more towers around Bryan/College Station since then. Cingular has a tower a couple of miles north of campus on Texas though, so it's not surprising they have pretty good reception. Go eat some Potato Shack for me Up.
