Rice is more of a winner in my book than a loser because his teams win more games than they lose. I honestly can't remember a year when Rice was a top 4 team and they didn't win the championship. He hasn't lead a team to championship, but he's not a franchise player either. I can't remember a season where I thought Rice's play kept his team from winning games.
