The only thing Allen has proven to me is that he doesn't have the mettle to take his game to the next level. Instead of giving reasons for Milwaukee losing, he should focus on keeping up with Iverson. And no, Allen is not a better player than Houston. Houston plays with contact and is able to release his jumpers WITHOUT having to extend that fore-arm. Allen can barely handle the ball.
