    floyd,

Agreed. I am certain that Rudy understands that the team screwed up some stuff, and I am certain that they know that also. But he cannot just let that type of officiating continue without public comment, and potentially hurt future games.

I watched the game and was choking on boneless buffalo wings cause of the damn refs. I know it's the Rocks fault number one, but those refs sucked ass big time, and so did walt, and so did those iso's cause the suns were doubling at the exact moment Cat would make his move which kind of fukked up many of the plays.

I don't care that walt made that three. Every player he was guarding was takin it to the rack on him. He's got matt bullard syndrome or something. On the last play, jason kidd is already past him, repeat two steps past him. So I wonder, walt must be saying to himself "i should leave googs open for a free throw J and run after kidd from behind his ass."

Whatever the case, I truly wish the rocks luck. That got to go 15 and 3 now cause they have no tiebreakers whatsoever. So let it end with, refs suck.

    River,

It won't happen to the Rockets either if they would quit their incessant whining at every no call.

Does anyone in here think that Cuttino's whining early on every no call does not hurt his stature late in the games?

You bet it does, Referees are people, and they are going to be biased some times, why not work with them, instead of whining like little babies every time you get nicked on the elbow?

Yes the Rockets are ahead of schedule.

HEY RUDY !!! Here is an idea, why not have a FRICKEN REBOUNDER in the game late, like CATO or Rogers.

Why is Moochie and Walt in the game.

LOOK IN THE FRICKEN MIRROR for the reason the team lost. Quit making excuses, it is not very manly.

THANK YOU!!!! That is exactly right. Many people do try and find someone to blame on your own team-- that is the nature of people. But if you watched the game, you'd see we played well enough to win this game. Easily. It was just taken out of our hands by the officials. Just like the Dallas game, and arguably the Portland game.

P.S.-- Dadakota, one of the main bashers in this thread and others, to my understanding was one of those who could not see the game and is going on what he heard and not what he saw.

Actually Cat, I watched the game late last night off of VCR tape.

But thanks for the not so subtle attack at my credibility.

    DaDakota

PS Cat will never be Jordan, and Jordan did not do it with such enthusiasm that it showed up the refs.

Actually, they lost in 5 games, in overtime. They nearly won at the buzzer. That is how I imagine the Rockets if they were to make it.

Did we play perfectly, no. But we did play good enough to beat a tough Phoenix team.-Cohen

Exactamundo. You have to be better than your opponent. The refs will make mistakes, but you shouldn't have to kill your opponent every night to offset those mistakes.

Sure there were a lot of mistakes that cost us are lead and for that I blame the team, but we still would have been in it if we had better officiating. I'm not even going to count the endless illegal D's on Mobley because I know the league isn't a big fan of that type of offense. I won't even count the last out of bounds call because I didn't get a good look at what happened, but to me it looked like Cat grabbed Walt's arm (I could be wrong.) The fact is if the refs made the CORRECT call on Francis I think it would be pretty safe to say that we would have had a 6 point lead instead of 3. Also while I don't agree with not having the starters in there in the crucial minutes, where was the foul on Mooch. I don't care what anyone says the refs hurt us at a bad time.
