I can't be reading this correctly, so there was no trial because Rudy wouldn't hand over evidence because he couldn't afford it? And after he didn't turn over discovery the judge said F it, we`ve given you enough time so were giving it to the defendant? I dont buy the fact he cant afford it, is he trying not to show evidence that could hurt him..........I am having a hard time following all these dam cases
