    Just 3 games back??

    Is that all?!?!?!

    Wowsers!

And to think that the Grizzlies have $40million in talent sitting on the sidelines - including just about the best centre in the league??

They must be so pleased to have won 68 games in the past 3 seasons, and to be currently 4th last in the Western conference (where they finished last season!)

Yeah - it's really hurting that the mighty Griz have a guy who can score 41

Not to rain on your rant, but DH is the best center in the league ;) Let's see Yao get through an entire season (incl. playoffs) without getting hurt first before we fantasize about him being the best mmm'kay?

DH has no offensive game besides put-back dunks.

    Lol. No he is not.
Being 'The Best' does not mean you have to play an entire season, or have durability for that fact, you just have to be a a better player than every one else. Hence 'The Best'.

So how about you take your home made definitions, bury them in the ground, and think before we speak, yes?

Oh, and even then, Tim Duncan is currently the best healthy center, yes I said Tim Duncan is a center, we all know he is no longer a power forward.

The amount of hate Rudy Gay receives on this website is ridiculous.

Do something groundbreaking like create a "We never should have traded him" thread in the GARM. I've always wanted to see this topic addressed.

I guess this makes up for Friday's game against the Thunder when he played like garbage.

Rudy Gay is a good player but he's the 3rd option (at best) on a top-level team. I don't watch him every game but he doesn't seem to play hard all the time.

41 points is too tangible. Who needs Rudy Gay? Not us!

    I had to

Gosh, the Grizzlies are only 3 games back from us?!

Man, they're only 6.5 games back from Dallas and a divisional crown!!! They better watch out.

Houston's only 2.5 games out from Phoenix, too!! WTF!!!!!!!!!11

Yeah but he's also got a mean set of moves coming from his good foot work.

Not to rain on your mockery, but when someone says 'just about the best' it CLEARLY indicates that they aren't making any strong assertion about someone being the 'absolute best'. It would indicate someone is in the top tier though.

Perhaps you should've taken that into account before spewing forth your mmm'kay?

Tony Delk once scored 53 in a game. He's only 35 years old, and available.

Marc Gasol is the Grizzlies player I'd really want on this Rockets team. He's young, shoots at a high percentage (granted, not a lot of range), rebounds.

For all of Gay's 41 points, he rounded it out with 4 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals.

In the same game, Gasol went 7-7 for 16 points, grabbed 15 rebounds, had an assist, 2 steals and a block.

Unfortunately he is not overpaid and is one of the pieces a young team like the Grizzlies should keep at all costs. Still, it is the Grizzlies, they did draft Thabeet, and maybe they'd do something like Battier + Cook for Jaric + Gasol.
