Terrible contract basketball-wise, but the one thing worse than trying to build around a career 37% shooter is trying to attract talent to a frozen hellhole with no franchise prestige and no teammates you'd want to play with. So you do what you have to do to keep an exciting young guy who has buzz and makes his teammates better. I'm not sweating it too much if I'm a Wolves fan.

you can't beat bigdaddio_ on this topic. Registered in 2010 with only four posts. three are above, in rapid succession.

bigdaddio_ is my new cfnet hero! He's got something to say, here!

my only question is what's up with the underscore bigdaddio_. was bigdaddio already taken?

This just shows you that there is a severe dearth of talent in the nba.

Or maybe teams are trying to lock players in before the new CBA kicks in and before they'll be paying even more?

I haven't watched him much. But I've seen enough to know that I don't want him on the rockets.

He's a fan favorite. So that counts for something. Who else were the Wolves going to overpay?

I'm so glad that our max players are Harden and Howard.

Other teams have no luck at all LOL

Indeed. The wolves really messed it up with love. Lucky for them they still could get wiggins

that's his move. just like DD with the DD.. and every rocket river post looking like a haiku.

It got me to thinking what is your move? What is mine?

does it matter that you or I will post here quite a bit and then really leave as we came. almost like it didn't happen. but being an attention w**** can be problematic. or as pouhe would say you have to be 'pragmatic'

but that's okay too. Being the exception doesn't make you more. I admire the random tuesday in february. hats off.

For Minny, it's not about wins and losses, it's about drawing people into the building. I guess Rubio has a high Q number there and sells tickets.

So no Bledsoe, no Dragic and no Rubio. I guess the insiders must be right with Rondo! LOL

What has changed about the Dragic possibility in the last few months?
