The truth is rockets played too bad tonight, Yao's terrible performance is the main reason. I think this team need more time to make a chemistry. And I miss our Batman, I miss our defense last season.
I don't get this... are the refs really trying to screw us over? Or maybe they were tired and wanted to go home? There was 1.9 seconds left!! How is it possible for Yao to do an and1 turnaround fadeaway and still be .8 secs left?????? Hes not Aaron Brooks! Shouldn't there have been the minimum .2 or .3 secs left instead? I thought the game was over when Yao's shot went in I had no clue there was time left especially .8!!! Also how can Roy catch, pivot, turn around, and **** back his long 3pt shot in .8 seconds? Its unhumanly possible......... this is such garbage!
even before that the posession where they blazers brought the ball down the floor with liek 40 some seconds the clock didnt start. thats ur .8 seconds right there. THe shot clock opperators were ****ing with something here.
please don't make the clock an excuse, that was an unbelievable shot with a horrible planned defensive scheme. yeah i'm pissed about it too, i'm suprised we even took it to the over time.
Yeah no joke. There's no point in arguing. Leave with SOME dignity. We ffffed that last play up. Terribly. Yao shouldn't have been on ball. Mac should have stepped earlier. Artest should have shown faster to the ball. The big 3 sucked on that play. Adelman...wtf man?! Anyways. Game over. It's ok. We had no business being in that game. We were playing like crap. Great (wasted) effor by T-Mac. Yao redeemed himself slightly with that last second shot and FT. Then the whole team messed up. Sigh.
Roy should never have been that open on the shot. Give him and the Blazers credit. The Rockets made too many defensive mistakes. Their offense is still not working. They didn't deserve to win tonight.
Like I said in the game thread. I slow-mo timed it. He shot it in exactly 1.0 seconds. Only one tenth came off before he released and time expired before the ball went in.
There was also a point at which the clock didn't start. It was sometime within a minute... The announcers pointed it out. At any rate, it was a good game. Sometimes you just don't deserve to win.
Everyone get a clue. The clock stopped when Yao got fouled, not when his shot went through the net. Just like it does on every foul EVER. That's why there was 0.8 left for Roy.
yeah the clock didnt start... but it was a good shot. good show so yea.. no ay the reffs would not coutn that...
