Are pro-teams allowed to ban social media in the way NCAA ones can? Most of his detrimental conduct is exacerbated ten-fold by his own words on twitter.

Im a basketball card collector and I recently bought a pack of cards and got a good laugh when I pulled out a Royce White card wearing a Rockets jersey..I almost forgot he was on the team..The odds of him ever playing are looking slim so I plan on holding on to it..Might be a rare card and be worth some good laughs in the future cuz it wont be worth any ca$h thats for sure
He is a poor mans lebron James/Barkley without the shooting. ironically he is the power foward we have been looking for.
Has Royce ever said anything about improving his mental health? It seems like if he wants this to be treated like an ankle sprain - well, ankle sprains heal rather than linger on forever in a whimsical limbo. I don't know anything about whatever illnesses he has(different from the illnesses he claims he has) but do people generally get better or completely healed?
You're talking about a guy who never played a single NBA minute and isn't much of a standout in the D-League. So far, he's been at best, an average D-League player. Sure Royce has some talents but his upside isn't that high. He has a lot of flashes to his game but most of that flash doesn't translate to success. If anything, I think Jones has a higher ceiling than White. Also, the difference between Royce White and Barkley/James is that Barkley and Lebron James have the will and drive to get better. That's why they are great players. Royce may have some talent but he certainly doesn't have the drive to be a great player. Its clear that basketball isn't Royce main priority. If it was, he would at least try to improve his game, work hard in the gym, and stop going back and forth from the D-League. The NBA is a tough league and apparently, Royce White won't survive in the NBA. He's not devoted to the game, and if someone isn't devoted to basketball, there is no way he can stick around long. Royce White isn't good enough where teams would risk dealing with him. He's not devoted to the game, isn't driven or motivated to get better. He thinks he can take off games whenever he feels like it, and his attitude alone can really disrupt chemistry in the locker room. No NBA team would want a player who will create so much problem in just their rookie year.
summed it up pretty nicely. exactly why we are stuck with him...we used to get mediocre to slightly above average players around 14-16 first round midrounders
picks about 15 are mostly of out the game in a few yrs... morey wanted to gamble... result wont be known till next yr
