I see ppl in the clinic with really bad anxiety and mood disorders and when we end up finding the right med and dosage for them they tend to do ok. Not sure if his psych is putting him through psycho therapy or meds but whatever the case is he should be controlled because it can be. I am a witness to this. It could also be he has bipolar symptoms but he needs to either get help and or stop malingering.

I've mentioned it before, I think it's the baby mama issue, just like McGrady when he missed games for "back issues".

ADA doesn't require old apartment to build elevator for disables, and yet the Rockets gave White a bus to ride.

If there is truly something discriminating inside the NBA system, it requires someone has more intellect and decency to exploit that.

I hope White doesn't end up like Eddie Griffin, but its a likely path.

    Yeah I've been saying that

People see too much OF THEMSELVES in Royce White. (And Tracy McGrady).

Thats why they LASH OUT at them SO much more than normal.

Because they don't like the reflective image and unkind reminder of how their own dysfunction can appear to others.

It could be that he is a narcissist. This man is a millionaire with plenty of time and money to go see all the doctors that his heart desires to see and get his meds straightened out. This has been going on for months now. The team has given him time off, let him sit in his apartment, etc. They haven't locked him up in some basketball prison cell underneath the practice floor at TC so he can't go to the doctor.

This whole ordeal is a bunch of foolishness. Royce has had way more latitude of schedule, better living conditions, and way more money than he ever had at Iowa State. There's only one difference. He ain't being treated like the Holy God of Basketball here. He's being treated like a r-o-o-k-i-e. And he don't like it.

The cure for narcissism is basic, you ignore them and do not give them what they want until what they want is help for their condition. That's what Royce needs most. Drugs ain't gonna fix it. And because he is a narcissist and is picking his doctors, he's not going to have doctors or therapists that isolate his narcissism. Instead he's gonna surround himself with people that buy into his bologna and never deal with the root problem. Royce needs to be totally ignored for an extended period of time until he steps forward and asks for help and is humbled enough to accept the proper diagnosis. It's the only chance of possibly salvaging his career. My guess is it doesn't happen. In 3 years, he'll be as forgotten as Chris Washburn.

So you think the average guy knocks up 2 or 3 females in 1 year, eats ass, drives around, citing Gandhi and the world, all while doing nothing..... fits the bill.

So I guess the rockets are holding contract termination or suspension over his head and he's actually afraid of it. Fantastic

What a freaking rollercoaster this kid has been. Keep him away from Houston so he's not a distraction to this playoff bound team.

Oh great! Now he'll get his career on track and become the best passing big man in the history of the game. Go Royce, I believe in you!

If Royce doesn't want to play basketball then give his spot to someone who does. Morey can find some over-looked player in Europe to give a shot to (such as Beverly). Let Royce void his contract.
