You want a coach to take players who aren't good at certain things and mold them into what YOU want. Adelman certainly isn't that. That's called over coaching. He's a coach who will take what a player is good at and accentuate that. He coaches to the strengths of his players, not the weaknesses. You may think Scola and Martin "looked better" on defense, and were "held accountable", but Scola had his worst year as a pro and Martin wasn't far behind, torpedoing his trade value in the process. Nobody is looking to trade for Scola or Martin for their defense. When you take away from their offensive games you have nothing left.
