He'll bring more talent to the PF position than we have had there in years. He avg'd 17 pts / 7 rebs / 2 assts last season and that is consistent with his career avgs. Who would you rather have playing PF for us? Do you wish we had Cato back? Maybe you want Eddie Griffin. How about Pete Chilcutt?

Ok. Cassell shot 48.8% with a 2.69 ast/to ratio. Steve Nash shot 47% with a 3.29 ast/to ratio Antonio Daniels shot 47% with a 4.89 ast/to ratio. You also need to remember that there's two ends to the floor and Cassell is one of the worst defenders in the NBA.
Nash didn't lead his team to the conference finals. Neither did Antonio Daniels. Daniels is not an all-star.
