That's most likely what they did do.

All you've got left is to make fun of a typo? I guess you do need to distract from the stupid stance you took on this issue.

Where you there? What would lead you to this conclusion? Because for a person making all these assumptions you sure sound like you have facts others are not priviledged in having.

Your just making stuff up to portray the Rowdies as thugs. Sorry to rebuff your genius assessment but that is further from the truth. They weren't even in the same section.

What stance? I haven't said anything on the subject. Your blind arrogance and stubbornness is just so comical that it begs mocking, that's all. Looks like you're so busy fighting everyone that you can't tell who's saying what anymore.

Resorting to personal insults? I guess that is all you have left. This thread and behavior from around the league sets the acceptable norms at arenas not your opinion which is in an extreme minority.

That is an illogical argument. A person can make bad decisions(in this case the Rowdies didn't, but even if they had...) and still be honest. Others who were witnesses have backed them, and the only thing you have to bring their honesty into question is that you don't like how they behaved. Their behavior is a seperate issue from their honesty.

Yes, your mature way of thinking is apparently lost on the vast majority of fans at NBA stadiums around the country.

I will try and be as mature as you, next time I see a pic of a woman who I have never met before and don't know at all. I can only hope I will be mature enough to mock her physical appearence over and over again.

You have no room to talk about people thinking like children.
If it is fun and entertaining then it isn't pointless.

The cop thought they may have done it, that's why he said something to them. I'm sure their childish behavior up top that point didn't clear them as suspects.

And in other news, Congress passed legislation today to crack down against the rising tide of "childish behavior," including the following:

    * Snowball fights in public
    * Dancing during karaoke performances
    * Sticking your tongue out at a fellow rude driver (the middle finger gesture is still acceptable because it was deemed "adult behavior")

    AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY:

    * Displaying any form of silliness at major sporting events, including but not limited to yelling, screaming, whistling, doing the wave, booing, dancing in the aisles during the 'YMCA' song, participating in any KissCam events, gesticulating wildly during T-shirt tosses, chanting "Rockets" or "Houston", dressing up in anything construed as "childish," good-naturedly ribbing fans of an opposing team in one's home arena, and spraying silly string on paying customers.

Wow you make it sound like they did something criminal. Honestly, you need to remove that gigantic pointy stick from your ass and find something worthwhile to complain about.

Besides, why are you so quick to beleive the woman's accusation when she is clearly the most immature actor here? If the Rowdies' actions make them untrustworthy, doesn't that apply more to the woman? Or are logic and reason simply lost on you?

It's about friggen' time, if you ask me! Childish behavior is the #1 cause of terrorism. If you don't beleive me, then you're childish yourself and need to be sent to Guantanamo.

Is this thread still alive. :(

The cop came by simply because the woman complained that we threw things at her ...which we didn't. Nothing more ...nothing less.

Again, the Rockets actively encourage us and laugh at us when they see us giving a hard time to opposing fans. It's all good clean fun. They're opinion is all that matters to us.

Isn't it, like, childish behavior, to continue a thread that involves a bear mascot, silly string, a bunch of people dressed up in red who are now being referred to as suspects? The ends to which this thread is careening into ridiculousness can no longer be measured.

LONG LIVE CLUTCH THE BEAR! LONG LIVE THE RED ROWDIES!!!

even though krosfyah, who is a rowdie and therefore is a firsthand witness, said that it was definitely not the rowdies who threw it? who are we to believe then, you, some stubborn fool who wasnt even there, or krosfyah, who was right there with all the other rowdies?

if all you can do at this point is tell us that we have no common sense or that we're all childish for rooting for the team and heckling the fans, in a frickin' sports arena, then you should have the sense to stop your useless argument. its only what someone with common sense would do. duh

The lady argued with someone who sprayed something on her. She may have a short temper but the immaturity started when those dumbasses started taunting her over something that was not even there business.

I'm not the one siding with the notion that a group of 70 people have the right to agitate some lady for over 20 mins over something that was none of their damn business.

You haven't had anything to begin with. You're position is completely stupid.

Tell me which NBA arenas have a group like the Rowdies all sitting in one section. Don't say MSG because I have been there many times and it does not exist. You may have the occasional incident between small groups of opposing fans. But most people in attendance, unlike you, write that kind of stuff of as idiotic behavior and certainly not the norm.

It certainly has never been the norm at TC. And the people in this thread who are supporting are kid thinking too.

You'd be an expert on an illogocal argument. Your stance on this defies logic.

And one of the Rowdies admitted in this thread that they "every time" security asked them to do something they complied. I've been to Rockets games hundreds of times and they have never had to ask me to do anything. I've seldom seen them ask anyone to do anything besides the occasional person sitting in the wrong seat.

Prove it is the acceptable norm at NBA Arenas. Prove that 70 plus guys chanting personal crap at a woman for over 20 minutes is the acceptable norm. Stop and realize how stupid that sounds. Your viewpoint reeks of dumbass.

    Everybody,

Ill-Skillz has a right to his opinion. He hasn't said anything new in 11 pages of this thread.

The fact that he refuses to acknowledge alternate opinions on the matter ...including the Rockets themselves ...is surprising. But to each his own.

Quit egging Ill-Skillz on because the whole this is just a broken record.

Look... if you want to keep that group alive for next year. I suggest that you stop pushing the envelope and do not encourage or participate in uncivil incidents like this one. If you don't care what happens next year...keep up the stupid behavior.

You can not honestly believe that your group hounding that woman until she shot the bird twice was the thing to do.

You haven't said anything that justified what you and the other Rowdies did was the right thing.

The Rockets themselves? I tell you what, pardner, I'll write an e-mail to the Rockets management and tell them what happened and ask is that what they want your group doing? Do you actually think they would say yes?
