man i hate dick stockton. listen to how many times he says 'SO...' in one game last series of GSW/DAL in a 12 minute span he said the word 'so' followed by some sort of information or statistic over 20 times.
I honestly think TNT is trying to prop up the East series, and give them the good announcers, because they have the Eastern Conference Finals this year. They're doing the Warriors a disservice... they require an announcer that can actually keep up with their pace.
You're right, they do seem a bit tired and look noticeably slower than when they played Dallas. The Jazz physical defense might have something to do with it, but I think the Warriors simply have too much firepower, even when sick.
Despite my earlier comments, it seems like the Warriors are just waiting to explode on a run but they just can't seem to do it. They need to quit the jumpshots and attack.
this is similar to game 1 against dallas. they are waiting until the last few minutes of the fourth to pull away. and i think utah is the one who needs to be worried about falling in love with the jumper. jacking up 3s on occassion is fine for GS, they've been doing it all season, but that is not utahs game and is only going to lead to GS getting out on the break.
Boozer gets blocked by TWO guys, but the Jazz still convert off the rebound... and Dick Stockton says: "Harpring with the nice pass from Boozer." The ball was BLOCKED! TWICE! Stockton has thrown these playoffs completely out of whack.
Boozer sucking like he did in game 1 vs. us, not likely to last. Okur is lighting up the GS pretty good, as soon as he started to hit shots is when the series with us went down the tubes. I am impressed with Golden State going into Utah a tough place to play and are going to win. Just makes our performances look worse.
Stephen Jackson is about to lose it... he wasn't even playing defense on that last play because he's complaining to the refs.
Kirilenko is playing well and monster on defensive ends. This is the Kirilenko I like! Jazz is punished the Warriors on the rebounding department!
i like how espn and tnt are having a little mini-cold war. tnt just showed the upcoming GSW-UTA series schedule, and for the friday game on espn they had the espn logo in a black font against a dark background, making it barely discernible. then on espn, they've been showing highlights from tnt games with the right side of the screen truncated so that the TNT logo on the little score board panel is cut out of the highlight.
