They may not able to shoot jumpers but Vspan and Synder can drive. I still dont understand why JVG refuse to at least play Synder who can drive and penetrate and force the Jazz to adjust defensively!

I told you guys Ak47 is a gamer. He can change a game without ever scoring a point.

If Sloan had not gotten into a fued with him earlier in the Rocket series, it wouldn't even have gone to 7 games.

kirilenko isnt even guarding anyone. hes just staying right by the box waiting for someone to come in. GS needs to look for whoever AK is supposed to be guarding

Damn, for these teams, wide open shoots are money in the bank. For the Rockets, wide open shoots are "crank, crank, crank".

if it wasnt for our dumbass low scoring style..it would have been an entertaining series against the jazz. but of course not..we have jvg!

47pts with 6 mins to go...

5 minutes more of these kind of play, Jerry Sloan is going to have a heart attach. No more. Timeout.

Boozer has been denied/blocked more times in one half against Warriors than the entire 7 game series against us.

    Yuck!

So many easy baskets. I feel sorry for Yao need to bang for a turnaround fadeaway jumper.

you know, bill walton made a comment during a rockets telecast a few months ago that most people found ridiculous, but in hindsight, i've got to agree with him.

he said the rockets, who were first in the league in points against, were an overrated defensive team, and that they appeared to be better than they were because they slow down the game to a crawl and keep scoring down.

makes you think. when it comes down to it, basically all gundy ever did was make games boring as he possibly could.

If the Warriors don't run out of gas, they will win this game. Even before BD's halftime comments, it seemed like the Warriors' players were more tired than the Jazz. I have a feeling the Jazz will start to physically dominate in the 4th quarter and pull away. The scoring in the 2nd half will go way down.

It seems clear to me the Rockets wouldn't have a chance against Golden State. They would probably be up by 20 against our inferior firepower.

Is that even new? Many posters have pointed this out repeatedly. JVG's team is #1 in defense this, #1 in defense that, blah, blah, blah. LMAO! Only teenager fans buy into those stats. The 2 best defense team has been the Spurs and the Pistons for a few years.

Wrong, the Warriors will win this game. They are dictating the tempo, and the Jazz won't be able to keep up with them offensively. Warriors in 5 or 6.

The tempo and style favor the Warriors and if they start attacking the basket relentlessly (AK47 aside), they should dominate even more. But didn't you notice they seemed more tired? Reggie Miller didn't get it but the reason Nellie pulled BD out with a couple minutes left and didn't put him back in was easy to see: Simple exhaustion. A couple of other Warriors looked like they were really huffing and puffing hard too. If GS can keep this up they will win, but if they get tired and just start shooting jumpers late in the game they are toast. If you missed the quick interview as he walked off the court, BD said their team was hit by a flu bug and he also mentioned allergies.

What tempo? u think the Jazz cant run or cant score. The Jazz is a better offense team than the Warriors.
