Nah. The Warriors came razor close to snagging game 1 and they choked away game 2. This series should be 3-2 either way instead of 4-1 Jazz. Golden State probably would have swept us.

But watching them come unglued does make you wonder: What if?

I feel sick, I hate the Jazz. They are out of the playoffs for three years and are now back to western conference finals, and we are again home. Its been almost a decade since we got past the first round. This sucks.

sweet feeling. We had an oppurtunity, but instead this franchise has been set back another year, which means another 3.

Before we know it, it will be completely up to Yao to win a championship. And tmac is the only player who elevated his game for the playoffs.

You need more Derek Fisher's in the playoffs. Teams that win championships have players who elevate there games in the closing minutes of crunch games.

Call could go either way, but boozer did a good job keeping his shoulder level.

Hey, be patient. We're only going into Year 9 of our rebuilding phase after the dismantling of the Big Three(yeah, remember them?). These things take time.

Without Fisher, the Jazz will have a hard time closing out this game. Fisher is huge in this game, so are AK47 and Boozer. Young players almost choked the game away.

The Warriors looked a lot like us, jacking up jumpshots, even when they're not falling.

Jazz are floppers, Spurs are dirty. That will be an interesting series. Now I must root for a third team. Go Suns!

At least it is a rebuilding process that was preceded by winning playoff basketball games and championships.

It's not like the Jazz are going to win one now.

At the end of the day, what does it matter if you go deep in the playoffs without ever winning the whole thing ? Jazz fans understand that, I think.

Next season it'll have been 13 years since the Rockets won a championship and 11 years since their last playoff series victory. This isn't a "what have you done for me lately?" b****fest. The Rockets haven't accomplished a damn thing in a very long time. And they haven't even been competitive for a good portion of the last decade(barely missing the playoffs repeatedly doesn't qualify in my book).

If you get satisfaction from this young, inexperienced Jazz team potentially "only" making it as far as the Western Conference Finals, I'm happy for you. But as a long-time Rockets fan, my patience is wearing thin loyally supporting this underachieving bunch year after year.

I don't get satisfaction out of anything related to something I have no control over. I am simply stating a fact.

"If you ain't first, you're last."

actually i'm looking forward to the hold-grope-slap-b****-moan-whine-flop-foul-fest that is the spurs-jazz series. should be fun to watch. maybe each side can all foul out. that would be fun to watch. yeah.

as for the rockets sitting at home watching the playoffs.. how hard is it to run offensive plays where there are screens and cutters and athleticism and everyone touches the ball instead of relying on two soft guys and a bunch of offensive duds?

No worry Jazz will get exposed big time in the next round. They struggle with teams that have an inside presence. In the 1st two games we won, we owned them in the paint and Yao played great but then the figured how to frustrate Yao and shut down our inside game. Well that is not going to happen to either Amare or Duncan. I know Jazz fans are all high right now but trust me you don't want no part of Phoenix right now especially with the way Nash is playing. He is going to run circles around these fools like Fisher and Deron. Even the Spurs give them headaches because Parker and Ginobili don't settle for jumpers, they drive to the rim and charge relentlessly. Would be funny to see the see the "Ultimate Flopper contest" in this series. My Money is on Utah to flop their way to an exit in 5 games.
