He should. He's a true PF and plays his position in the traditional style, not to mention doesn't shy away from physical play. He's already thoroughly outplayed another star player in the league (Yao) and has proven his worth.

The playoffs are when the weak are weeded out...

    The weak... and the slow.

Yao isn't carrying any team to a championship without some SERIOUS help... this playoffs pretty much solidifies it for me.

Youre not going to hear me defend Yao on that front. I just wish it was called both ways. Especially in Utah.

GS is looking a lot like us right now. Throwing away ample opportunities to win. Not good.

Choke City is reborn in Salt Lake City, thanks to the Warriors. They should be discouraged after blowing this game. I think the Jazz will snag one of the next two and close them out in 5. This would rub even more salt in the Mavs' wounds.

I did a poll a few weeks back and suggested Deron Williams would surpass Chris Paul eventually. Very few people agreed. Deron Williams is a special player; Chris Paul is a special talent. There is something about Williams that makes him different from most players. If he keeps his weight down, watch out NBA!

Derek Fisher's interview was incredible. Just wow! He and Williams make me want to root for the Jazz.

Game 5 against the Mavs was more demoralizing than this game... and we know what happened in game 6.

Why the hell doesn't TNT know how tall Yao Ming is? Barkley said 7'4.... now Magic says 7'3.

Maybe they don't believe a 7'6 guy can have coordination... then again, yao would be better served if he was a quicker 7'3.

Why wouldn't you like the guy? He's clutch as hell and is a proven winner (I put him in the same class as Horry, except that he actually plays hard all season long).

When he was a FA a couple of years back, I was clamoring for the Rockets to sign him to the MLE. I firmly believe he's one of those guys who are 'difference makers' in terms of the intangibles he brings to any playoff team he's on.

He's definitely aging and slowing down a bit, but it's ironic that this same guy Rockets fans didn't want a few years back is now better than anything else we can muster at the position.

Derek Fisher = Heart of a champion...

Are you kidding? You'd rather listen to Kevin "I'M REALLY EXCITED CAN YOU TELL BY THE VOLUME OF MY VOICE?" Harlan than Dick Stockton? Stockton sounds like a real announcer, Harlan sounds like a clown.

I'd rather have somebody that doesn't sound like a senile fool watching a completely different game.
