that's twice in this series nash has been inside the circle and drawn an offensive foul on duncan. it's already sad how they have to give nash every charge/block against scrubs so we can talk about how he actually plays D even if he slid over too late, but when he's getting them against another superstar like duncan, and when it's not even a judgment call b/c he's inside the circle, i mean come on, have some dignity refs. edit: and now draws duncan's 3rd foul on a crap call. i guess since they correctly called nash for the offenisve foul earlier they had to make up for it with another bad call on duncan.
This is the 2nd game in a row Nash looks out of sync and like he's coming unglued. The Spurs defense is a thing to behold. If they keep executing their offense and hit most of the open shots they are getting, the Suns don't have a chance. The Spurs are in their heads.
The Suns are on their way to becoming the Houston Oilers of the NBA... when does D'antoni start to feel the heat?
It's not a coincidence, it's because... Whoa! You read my mind, apo! As I've already said before: the Suns need to find a way to position themselves in the playoff seedings because they MUST avoid the Spurs at all costs. The Spurs have their number and always will as long as the 'core' of TD, Geno, and TP are around, which figures to be for a tad bit longer than I figure Steve Nash's career will last. I like the Suns and want them to win it all before it's said and done, but the Spurs will always get in the way it seems. They just have their number and they frustrate the sh!! out of them. Heck, the Spurs' flawless execution frustrates the hell outta me as a fan and I don't even have to play them. If this Spurs team can ever string a couple of championships in a row instead of every other year, they will be mentioned amongst the all-time great squads with the core of players they have now. The scary thing? They're still relatively young, probably will be around for another 3-4 seasons at a minimum.
It was a bad call, but I continue to LOL at your desperate attempts to discredit Steve Nash at every turn. I find it amusing to say the least, it's like he stole your lunch money or something. Just let it go man, let it go...
i hate the spurs. they should have 1 less championship. thank the rockets for not signing Robert Horry, we know he wanted to play back in Htown to be with his family. Thanks again Les.

well as long as everyone think he should be mvp every year (and now that dirk sucked), why should i? it's not like it's a story that happened 5 years ago or something and i keep bringing it back up.
I don't think he should be MVP every season and in fact think that Shaq got robbed the first year Nash got it (Shaq should've gotten that one), but when he continues to play great and his team is top 2-3 in the league record-wise year in and year out, he SHOULD always be considered. As has already been said a million times before, MVP of the regular season doesn't mean "the best player in the league". There is no singular criterion for it, and the sooner everyone accepts it the easier it will be to have rational debates surrounding this topic.
He's not the brightest guy in the gym, that's for sure. As good as he already is, he could still be much, much better on BOTH ends of the court. He's somewhat of an enigma because based on everything I've ever heard about him, he's a gym rat and very dedicated to his craft. So that leads me to believe one of two things: 1) He's a hard worker but not very bright; or 2) He practices all the wrong aspect of his game, and continues to ignore the things that will make him truly dominant.
Raja Flop . .. and a ridiculous Duncan Moving Screen call . . . Man . . Duncan getting a bunch of BS calls the second 'travel' call Rocket River
yeah i know i want the spurs to win, but it sure seems like every call is going the suns way. the foul/ft situation is leaning heavily towards the suns right now, and they're not known for all the ft's they shoot.
D'antoni doesn't know how to develop big men... he only knows how to play the euro game where no big men are there. While we're at it, why doesn't he play more of Piatkowski or Jalen Rose? They would be our 6th and 7th men if they played here.
