was boozer playing in the playoffs with some sort of back injury? i think i read it somewhere, but i'm not sure.
That pic zboy posted i had saved a few days ago...i'll be posting that when anything lakers happens...lol...too f'n funny!
clutch, the first 2 shots he took were a contested 3pt shot and a jumper which he got fouled on, not exactly attacking the rim. the rest were very favorable calls that outside of lebron, nobody else would get, when he does attack the basket. tmac can always attack more, but he attacks in the playoffs. we saw game 5. he attacked quite a ton and only got 2 foul shots. the calls kobe gets v. the calls tmac gets even if both of them are aggressive are pretty staggering.
Wow, I still can't belive how good the Lakers are. ANd it is not only about Kobe. It is about the whole team. Odom, Derek, Radmanovic are playing great basketball and the bench is really unbelivable. I think right now they are the best team, really because Kobe gets A LOT OF HELP. The big difference are also calls. Just look at Rockets vs. Jazz series and than at Jazz vs. Lakers serious and it will tell you. They simply get every call around the rim, well we couldn't get even those easy calls... The difference between Lakers and Rockets in the playoffs: Rockets = T-Mac+nothing Lakers=Kobe+teammates
whats better is how heartbreaking this loss is for them, the lakers have earned my endorsement for suitable title holders this year, but my lakers ban goes back into effect as soon as they lose 08'-09' the rockets lakers wars begin...
I'm sorry but Kobe is playing at a higher level in the playoffs than Tmac ever sniffed. This is basketball greatness you are witnessing. His stats are excellent but there's so much more. Tmac=Ineffecient shooting guard who only plays on side of the ball and is passionless quitter.
Lord Sauron and the evil orcs are all dead - at least until next season. Can someone photoshop Boozer when he he is screaming with his mouth wide open on an orc?
that's because Kobe has done it in the regular season so he has reputation. If T-Mac would attack more in the regular season the refs will call more, the more you attack, the more they will call. As of right now, T-Mac never attacks in the regular season so all of a sudden if he attacks in the Playoffs he won't get the benefit of the doubt. You have to be aggressive for the entire year.
if he did, there's no way he plays in the playoffs. t-mac has to walk a fine line (i'm really glad he's smart enough to do it) and he gets critized a lot because of it. i can understand where the critics are coming from but i always question wether or not those critics have really thought about the bigger picture. the bottom line is: 1. t-mac attacks when it counts. 2. there should be no thing like reputation. if it's a foul, call it.
