DW is a fricken PG, he is just doing his job you have your PG take 24 shots, then the rest of the team will never get into the game and AI is not a PG if someone wants to mention him
i agree. deron played great. he's a true PG. no true PG is gonna shoot 24-25 times a game. iverson is not a pg. lakers are just too deep offensively. i mean, they are DEEP offensively. if kobe sat out the whole game, they probably can still score 100 pts with ease. gasol and odom are just playing at another level right now. their shooters are knocking down shots...
Went over to jazzfanz.com to check out the reaction to the loss to the lakers. Its good for a laugh. Theres like ten threads on how the nba is rigged and the jazz will never win a championship because of david stern, not to mention a thread for ideas on what un-classy things they can do during the game 6. lol. wow. pathetic. Man will i be happy when someone knocks the dirtiest and biggest crybaby team in all of professional sports out of the playoffs.
Sloan already gives him freedom. Sloan trusts Deron Williams more than any PG he's ever had. By nature, he is unselfish, not just because of Sloan. The Jazz cannot beat the Lakers unless they have multiple contributors on offense. For the record, I dozed off and missed most of the 4th quarter. I woke up for the last 2 minutes.
Nothing was sweeter to me this postseason than watching the refs call all those fouls real and bogus on the jazz in last nites game. The Jazz deserve it. Poetic justice as someone mentioned earlier.
Yummy. Lakers with 19 points lead at the half. They better not lose this game. It will be great watching Jazz get knocked off on their home court. Jazz fans are psychos. Replays clearly shows them committing fouls and yet they all still boo at the foul called. Loved the end of the half when Jazz fans started to yell "referees suck...referees suck..." and the Refs stick it to them by calling a last second foul on Deron Williams. Keep pissing the refs off Jazz fans!!!! PS. Derek Fisher is clutch. One of the key players in helping them win 3 championships and he is at it again. Just check out his 3 point FG%....
watching the lakers play offensively is a beautiful thing to watch right now. all of their players are playing at a level above their reg. season level outside of farmar. gasol is killing their big men offensively and shutting them down at the same time. odom is killing whoever is on him. dfish proving why he is so crucial (playing tough D on deron and knocking down shots as usual). their bench is ridiculously efficient outside of farmar. like i said, kobe has played great, but it's not anything different than he has the past few yrs when they were eliminated. role players are just playing at another level right now.
and we need a big man who can pass like gasol. he's really killing them with interior passes like he just did to odom. that just takes their offense to another level.
Scola can, he just needs more NBA seasoning to do it more often. What we need is an athletic finisher on our team like LO. I like Landry but he can't do what LO does.
kobe has scored 2 pts on 1-4 shooting this quarter -> lakers do not miss a beat. now 5 starters are in double figures. when can we score at this level?
wow, odom is just unbelievable. he can dunk in a blink of an eye. landry is not as explosive or fast, we need a fast finisher. prehaps maggatte... and for a 2nd scorer, gasol is pretty damn good, and for a 3rd scorer, odom is great.
Is that Loozer's only move? Ram into the player's shoulder and go for the shot? He is killing the Jazz.
