    i hear ya.

yeah, i think it absolutely could happen. i'm not sure how unlikely it is, frankly. GS has owned Dallas despite Dallas' success otherwise.

the thought of the Rockets in the WCF is AWESOME!! :D

That is key. Dirk is a great offensive player, but not much else.

My question is who on Dallas is a championship lvl playmaker? I see lots of great finishers and some solid playmakers but who does the ball really go thru in the playoffs when its on the line? They are sooo dependant on team execution that small ball disruption kills them.

Has anyone posted any videos of Cuban during the game? I'd love to see them

I think I was looking at Cuban more than the game itself. I love to see his little boy antics

to even be more specific, dirk is a great shooter. It still amazes me that hes never developed a post game, not even a baby hook. its really sad b/c he could be unstoppable if he knew how to work with his back to the basket

Its only one game and I'm sure the Mavs have more fight left in them but it sure was fun watching Cuban get his panties in a wad.

I'd love him if he was our owner cause he wants to win so badly but since he's not I'll enjoy his anguish from afar.

just b/c Les doesn't act like a 12 year old brat doesn't mean he doesn't want to win badly.

dammit, i hate how freaking long the first round takes. i know it's b/c of TV but teams shouldn't have to wait 3 days to play when they're staying in the same city.

I think it works out well. More time for the Mavs to stew and longer for that series to play out.

The Rockets need to just get through the Jazz quickley.

The one thing is it defintely looks likes the Mavs will be tested and they won't be sitting there waiting to jump on a tired Rockets squad.

If GS's pulls the unthinkable and wins the series, that would be great. Every GS win, and I am not sure they get more than one more this series, is a good thing.

Yes it is, but I think they get at least one more win in this series and very likely more. The mavs are in a lot of trouble this series, as GS has the talent to beat them and has all the confidence in the world they can beat them.

Who has a picture of Cuban in the Mavs uniform for the charity game? That was some real comedy

In two seasons as a head coach Avery Johnson is 4-2 in playoff series, yet 2-4 in game 1. they won three of the four series where his team lost the first game. So the overall success against AJ of the 1st game winner is 25%, yet overall first game winner takes 78% of all series.

So is this Dallas team under Avery truly special, or is this just a statistical anomaly that will revert to normal sooner or later? If the latter, then Dallas should be scared, they have rolled the dice too many times lossing the first game...
