That is so true.....I'll even put labron ahead of him.

Hopefully nash can still get the mvp.

if i made that confusing, by top 7 teams i meant the playoff teams outside of the lakers, since the warriors and nuggets are rolling right now.

and yeah, even a team like the hornets would give the top east teams trouble. maybe not beat detroit or a healthy miami (well definitely not a healthy miami) but easily cause a lot of trouble for everyone below that.

TNT didn't include the part where Dirk says he's helpless when they front him, and then he's helpless when they "come from everywhere" when he does get the ball.

Did he sneak into the 93-94 & 94-95 Rockets squad or something?

IMHO, Avery Johnson ****ed up by leaving Dampier on the bench.

Dampier, I think, is their best rebounder, and rebounding is how you have to punish the Warriors.

The Mavs, however, are deep enough so that Avery can always make adjustments (as they did against Houston 2 years ago, and Rockets just didn't have the answer on the roster).

In the postgame interview, Di*k said, "Well, they just free-ball out there and shoot shots from everywhere and if they make it, then great...if they miss it, everyone expected them to lose." Basically, a subtle way of giving no respect to the team that just handed his sorry flopping team a loss. Devin Harris needs to stop learning that crap from Nodi*kski. I am seriously tired of this team and its classless players.

i just mean dallas isn't going to shoot 35% forever. they have a bunch of good shooters and got good looks for the most part. they just sucked. maybe it's because they put pressure on themselves and they'll never make shots, but until it happens again i'll assume it was just an off game.

see, that was just never going to happen. the mavs are consistency personified. they really aren't that much more, if any more, talented than phoenix and san antonio, they just showed up every single night. in a sense, they're a victim of their own success. their amazing drive makes them look better than they are against teams straight up. the spurs and suns could easily have taken them down even if they steamrolled the warriors b/c there's just not that much difference. just that no one else could stay focused like the mavs. in the playoffs, everyone is focused.

Devin Harris is the most feminine looking basketball player since Tyronn Lue.
