Hey guys, So I have been watching the past games of our beloved rox and have noticed some real issues and situations with how Adelman makes subs and when he does too. Having a strong rotation which is familiar to the team yet surprising down the stretch for opposing teams I think is pretty vital to a well functioning team.

    1. Kevin Martin is AWOL in some quarters. This has changed in most of the games, but it seems as though he comes on in the first quarter, gets really hot in in his stroke and then come second quarter or third quarter, he sits out almost the entire session. When he comes back in, he hits a couple of shots but is completely cold. I realise the impact of Budinger and Lee, but Martin is great and has the potential to be amazing if he gets consistent minutes and is allowed to find his rhythm. He appears comfortable in extended play.

    2. Size of the rotation is an issue and is noticeable even by us. People have been discussing how many players adelman is using. I understand he is testing different lineups but this is limiting the comfort a more compact rotation could have together. This needs to be defined so every line up, whether it is starters or benchies, are completely working perfect.

    3. Lowry is good. He has his haters, but the kid can play D and is a good compliment to Brooks when he is having an off night, example the past 3 odd games. He may chuck up a couple of shots, which is ok, earlier in the game, but probally needs to limit those down the stretch. I personally feel at ease when the Lowry is on the floor, defensively and offensively.

    4. Who the F**K plays center and power forward for our team?! Put really simply, those two positions need to be worked out. We have some great players that have no idea what position they play or when.

Would love some opinions on this. It seems as though we can be a great team, we just dont play the right lineup at particular times and teams just run all over us.
