maybe thats true about winning 55 games.... but is it enough to advance the 1st round or 2nd? of couse not... with a bunch of scubs... we can't rely on them and we will rely on yao and tracy... both of them are going to be tired at later in the 1st round or earlty in the 2nd... i think wat we do in the offseason depends on tracy back... if hes healthy.. we go for cheap players that are just shooters and ok defenders. if hes not... we trade him for good shooters... not cap space cause this year the free agency suks
That statement right there made me crack up. I never have valued his comments, and I'll never anxiously await for this clown's answers. I've read several Rosen articles, and all of them are very biased, and poorly analyzed. I really don't like the guy.
It may be 'opinion', but to Rosen it's a forum. In Charley's world anyone and everything PJax, his a-hole bud, disdains CR disdains, and he retains a forum to air his 'opinions' thanks to the Internet age. Shame Rosen isn't enough of a coach to coach.
If we start calling up teams offering to trade TMac, they're going to know he's damaged goods, and offer chump change in return. Otherwise, the one team that would take a damaged TMac, the Knicks, have little to offer in return.
Charley Rosen is an excellent columnist. He is the true "Great Uniter" of our time; a person who unifies the multi-national diversity of the ClutchFans BBS. We don't agree on much here, but we can all agree to hate Charley Rosen's consistent hatred of Jeff Van Gundy's teams and his rare back-handed compliments to McGrady and Yao. In addition, from the articles of his I've read, he doesn't try to play "Virtual GM" too much; though he might say "Fire Van Gundy" or "Trade McGrady," he doesn't go on to suggest a ridiculous blockbuster that happens to work in the RealGM tradechecker like our good friends Chad Ford and Mark Stein. In a dismal season such as this one, fans need something to take their frustrations out upon, and I can't think of a better target than Chuck Rosen. Except for Scottie Pippen. I'd rather listen to Chinese commentary than ever hear his voice on ESPN.
