I can't wait to report all of this to my wife...who taught kindergarten to put me through law school!
As intriguing as the offer to share details of that aspect of my marriage with everyone in the internet world is...I think I'll pass.
At first, I was thinking in general that if you watch crap like this, it means you turn in your man card. But thinking about it a little more deeply, I think it's nice that your significant other and you can watch a tv show together, and enjoy it in each other's company.
wow...Tex is vicious today. first, he destroyed Fatty's carefully builtup rep here as a moron earlier in the thread. then he ruins Kam's fantasy world where there are hotties behind alot of the monikers. for shame sir...have you no compassion? btw...I agree about FFB...helluva nice guy imo.
I don't understand why women are so attracted to a show that makes women look like their only goal in life is to find some hot, preferably wealthy, man to settle down with. And it doesn't even matter which man. The men are interchangable, and no matter what kind of guy he is, all the women fall desperately in love with him and are often shown to be willing to give up everything they may have accomplished in thier lives in order to follow this guy to wherever he chooses to reside. Reality TV hates women.
What's really bad is how they have to string along the final few women just for the sake of the show. I would have to think any guy would have narrowed down his search faster than they do here and to put those women through that is wrong. Then again, they know what they are getting into going into it.
No. what makes the people morons is that they actually believe its a "reality" show. Its no more real than watching Tom and Jerry. Not to mention reality shows are a complete bore.
Dude, when Puck and Pedro were fighting every week? That was real! I actually think I just enjoy watching people getting eliminated every week. Now, if LOST came up with that premise, then that would be a good show!
This season was a classic "Man's Quandry". Hot chick with flaws vs Modestly attractive chick with stability and dependability Moana I'm sure was a beast in the sack. The tramp stamp on her back is enough to verify that. However, she was a mental nutcase. I sensed a lot of passive/aggressive anger in her. I also sensed flashes of egocentrism. The kiss of death was the pair of thick black glasses. Thick black glasses is the ultimate deal-killer. It says: Independent woman. Thinks she's smart. Selfish. Doesn't shave legs daily. Likes indie movies. Hatred of sports. Women like that deserve to be spinsters. The teacher was probably boring as heck, but stable, would make a good mom, and probably wouldn't do too much to really challenge his authority. Plus, she seems naive enough to cheat on her and get away with it. Maybe the Bachelor sensed this and is keeping Moana for 'the bullpen'.
