Wow, lets implement the Wonderlic for the NBA now

Artest isnt as good a playmaker as he thinks he is. I wont call it selfish now, just aggressively doing too much. His 3 pt% is actually pretty solid but everything else is off. I'd say Bonzi is a better slasher with a quicker first step than Artest. Ron is stronger with a little bit more overall dimension to his game.

His career FG% is very low (42%) considering his skill set as an inside player. So this is what to expect unfortunately - another low efficiency offensive player who's best attribute is he forces the action. (Or you can go with what A_3PO said). Rockets always get star players who end up looking all bland in Houston

maybe...he is a nice man,a kind man,but i think he is not clever enough stimes, justlike tonight,6 blocks on him!!! lost his mind, fight with himself, year, he is angry and frustrated. his driving and passing is too....rugly... no offense, but i think it is the truth, especially the passing,he couldn't do it at a right moment and right place. so i am confuse, stimes why coach let him to be the finsher when we miss T-Mac(HOS VS IND),Alston,Brooks maybe is a pretty good choice than Artest.

He was blocked 6 times tonight and went to the free-throw line a total of ZERO times...this has got to be an obvious sign that he is forcing plays, which could have very easily gone to a more productive player.

Right now I think Artest is actually hurting us more than he is helping.

Hopefully he will learn and things will improve.

Artest has never been a great playmaker and i don't think he was brought in to be that. He is a finisher.

He just needs to get used to playing with Yao.

Artest needs to work his shot selection. We can't win with him shooting in the low 30's. He needs to shoot at least 40% from the floor.

i don't know why artest gets 18 shots (make 5) and scola only takes 5 shots.

i don't thik this is a trend. he either has to go to the bench soon or play less minutes. he's hurting us out there.

his defense isn't that great that it's compensating for his bad offense. let me change that, his pathetic, inept, terrible, horrific offense (whatever adjective you want to throw out there).

artest looks garbage. we have played 2 games without tracy. these games are the perfect opportunity for ron to step up and say, "hey, if tracy isn't here, i can easily fill the void."

apparently, he can't fill that void. i can honestly say he has sucked so far with a straight face (offensively anyways).

We need him honestly. Clearly he's still figuring this thing out, but he's had tons of time with T-Mac barely playing and Yao no demanding it in the low post yet.

I've always thought he'd be better off the bench. In a line-up with Brooks, Barry, Landry, Hayes, Francis, all those guys, he can dominate. His primary job can be to dominate the second unit every night and do specialist jobs for the first unit - such as guard a certain swingman, maybe a PF, maybe post up some weak swingmen, stuff like that.

I think he could put up more points, same minutes, better % and it would work. Battier should be the starter with T-Mac.

However, I don't mind Ron starting alongside Battier for the coming few games till T-Mac recovers. That would be extremely interesting.

Ron should practise his layups more, his shooting percentage is terrible, he sucks, while view the data statistic, he is worse than rookies Batum and Greene, now Im doubt wheater Morey that trade was wise.

Stop beeing p*****s because you think Ron is reading this board. What he going to do? Come to your house and hate on you? I'm glad we diss him a bit so he lights a fire because he is playing like crap right now.

I think it's due to his low bball IQ.

Not selfish at all. He just doesn't have the court vision to pass it under pressure and ends up holding on to the ball. I agree he needs to get the ball in the post more.

I agree, but his inability to finish is what makes me scratch my head.
