The conversation would be incomplete without point #4:

If you do not do what I said, you will be benched.

He did save us. The Dallas game in the beginning of the season, the Utah game that went (double?) overtime, just to name a couple. He did far more than OK in the regular season, but has been a major disappointment in this playoff series.

Ron is a huge reason for our ineffective offense. I honestly never thought he would be this bad in the playoffs...he isn't even being defended that well...he just looks incredibly awkward out there. He's taking more shots than anyone else on our team, about 14/game, while shooting the lowest percentage, 38%. And he's 28% from the 3pt line. Not much rebounding, not getting to the line very much, bad A/T ratio...he's arguably our worst starter of the series.

And yes, his defense is horrible overrated...anytime Roy wants to lose Artest around a screen and get a wide open shot, he can. Everytime. Anyone else in the league can play that kind of defense! He's not helping us on defense and he's KILLING our offense...wtf is he out there for?

Ron is hurting our team...it seems like a HURT Tmac would actually help us more! At least Tmac could shoot a higher percentage on wide open jumpers and be able to find teammates for easy buckets with his great passing.

So far Artest is a regular season type guy that chokes in the playoffs, he has in the past and this year is no different. We need to pass on his upcoming contract unless he's willing to give us a good deal...which I doubt he'll do.

Ron saves us from himself, like in game 4 when he kept passing the ball. ;)

Let's look at the series STATS.

Here are the Post season stats for the team

    AB's stats:

    15.8ppg
    .446 FG%
    .440 3pt%
    4.8 Apg
    1.4 TO per game
3.43 Assist to turnover ratio (OUTSTANDING)

AB had a bad game, but he is NOT the problem with this team....now, let's take a look at Mr. (Thinks he is an Older Lebron).

    Mo-Ron's stats

    13.4 ppg
    .377 FG%
    .280 3pt%
    4.8 APG
2.6 TO per game (worst on team)
    1.85 Assist to turnover ratio

Do you guys get the picture yet?

Do you actually SEE the problem?

BTW, for those of you calling for Lowry.

    4.8ppg
    .353 FG%
    .333 3pt%
    1.4 Apg
    1.6 TOpg
.880 Assist to turnover ratio (PUTRID for a PG)

Please people stop panicking and get your facts straight.

    Carry on !

I would love it if we get a good team oriented game where he shoots 50%...that would be AWESOME !!

We have no one who can create for our team.

Would our team be better with this lineup next year?
    Starters:
    PG Brooks
    SG McGrady (a healthy one)
    SF Battier
    PF Scola (much improved)
    C Yao

    Bench (3 man rotation):
    Wafer
    Landry
    Lowry

I would love this because this would give Wafer so much minutes (22 at least).

i dont know why you are defending AB.

He has scored some useless point at game1&2 with high fg%, he is bad at all the other aspects.

Leading the team in assists, and assist to turnover ratio, and 2nd leading scorer for a guy in his first starting role in the playoffs.

    PERSPECTIVE people....PERSPECTIVE !!

he def. was the man tonight so i can't hate on him. he played a very good game.

props to ron and i hope he continues to go inside the paint v the lakers. that's the only way he will score b/c he's not gonna be able to go 1-on-1 v. kobe.
