This part is so insulting to Paul Pierce. In BOS-LA final game 1 last year, Pierce went down hard and limped off court in the 3rd quarter. But he went on to ride that bicycle in the crowd and work himself back in the game. Anyone watching knew something special is happening and surely enough, Pierce nailed a couple 3-pointers to seal the game late in the 4th quarter. I hate to bring this up during happy hours, but we had a shot at Vince Carter during the trade deadline. Hours later mac blocked the trade in the most flameout fashion. We bought in Ron Artest this season. Ron Artest! We were ready to deal with craziness. But in the end bad the Rockets was almost combusted by bad chemistry. Except Ron Artest wasn't the one leaking fuel and lighting fuse.
Woah....... hold up for a second here. Ron Artest has only Yao? Let's look at the previous teams that TMAC has had and take an honest look at this year's team. Year one of the tmac acquisition we surrounded him with an old wesley, bob sura who was injured, juwan howard... Seriously..? An unpolished Yao? Then we decide we should acquire Swift and Wells? Last year we had Yao injured a rookie in Scola and Landry...Rafer who was injured and even when he isn't injured isn't that reliable except for getting the ball into yao. Batier was his only other option. Tmac goes down Yao gets lucky that we got Artest for cheap Von wafer turned out to be pretty darn decent, and instead of relying on rafer we decided to go out and pick up a guy like kyle lowry and give aaron brooks a chance. Yao goes down last year and we were depending on Mutumbo to carry some of that scoring load if not a rookie Scola, Landry and even better Chuck hayes. Heck when you honestly think about it... those teams were pretty darn AVG to good at most. Maybe we should plug artest in with wesley, sura juwan howard and an unpolished yao and truly see how far that team would have gone against that Dallas team that went to the Championship against the heat. This is the very first year that we have been decently stacked in almost every position except for Center which is because Deke went down but are managing because Scola and Landry this year are having a great Second Year. I for one am not so angry at how he feels about it because in all honestly i see some truth to it. However I don't agree that he should have publically stated that especially when this city has done nothing but embrace him and stucky by him through the good and bad.

What is your obbsession with tearing down another human being? McGrady is irrelevant, he has nothing to do with the Rockets, other than what asset his expiring will bring in. I have no problem with the opinion that he is not a good fit on this team, or we should trade him, but what bothers me is your constant bashing of him, as if he slaughtered your family. Why the double standard? Francis was here just as long, and he never brought playoff succes. Where are the threads bashing him? Rockets get out of the first round tonight and there are a million different potential matchup topics to choose from and yet you choose to bash someone, to tear someone down who is probably feeling miserable right now. Dam all of you haters, GET A LIFE. If t-mac stayed in Orlando, the Rockets would've missed the playoffs every year since '05. This year is the only exception.
