Obviously they don't fit when they're injured and the team is playing badly, which is what happened during the first half of the year. Artest was mad because McGrady was playing poorly and not hustling on defense, McGrady was mad because he was injured and couldn't do what he usually does. Artest knew when we got him that he would be the third option and even said before the season started that he would be fine coming off the bench if that's what resulted in wins. My point is, let Yao, Artest, and T-Mac actually play together when they're healthy and see what happens. The only other options are to trade McGrady and take on one or two bad long term contracts or let Artest walk and sign a free agent but a quick glance at the list of free agents shows that there aren't really any options for us there in terms of an upgrade over Artest.
He was a terrible writer for the chronic and an even worse sports talk guy; makes me cringe to listen to him; of course, at least he didn't say that scola should be the number one offnsive option on the team WITH a healthy Yao like andre ware on SR610; while i can't tell you how much i love scola, that was laughable. Of course, on the morning show with marc and andre, if its not about the texans they really don't care
agreed. its sad how little anyone on 610 cares about the rockets except for matt jackson and the adams
Two of the three can play together, not all three (of Shane, Ron - Ron, and McG). The one who needs to go (cue the drumroll, please) is Shane - trade while value is maxed.
