This is incorrect. Do you really believe that "illegals" don't declare ANYTHING to the IRS? There is a HUGE portion of the total illegal immigrants that do pay and get taxes refunded. You don't need legal documentation to get insurance. Illegals PAY INSURANCE. C'mon, 'Fan, give me a harder argument for rebuttal... Dude, I hope your sister is not hurt. Maybe that's how she wanted to join the workless day protest?
Yes the government can deport but that doesn't deny them the same Constitutional protections just as if you are caught speeding you can get a ticket but you are still entitled to the same protections. Being an illegal alien doesn't strip them of Constitutional protections. You can't parse the Bill of Rights and say that some rights take precedent over other rights.

Someone pulled out of a parking lot right into side of car fast enough to set front airbags off and two truck driver figures probably totaled. swoly.. I guess some do, but I have heard of them not having insurance (especially if they don't have license). I'm sure there are some with and some without.. The reason I said that is... a lot of people have insurance because they have to have it in order to have a license... if you are illegal and won't be getting a texas drivers license.. harder for them to make sure you have insurance
Obviously you haven't had one of these illegals hit you on a Houston highway. The vast majority of them have absolutely no insurance. My family has found this out the hard way.
That applies to the Second Ammendment too and I would say and to avoid turning this into a gun control debate in general I don't believe government can keep people from owning firearms. The Second Ammendment is equally as valid as the First Ammendment or any other Ammendment that hasn't been repealed.
Sorry to hear about your sister. She's lucky she only got a cut lip. The airbags deploy very fast and with a lot of force so there have been a lot of injuries associated with them. This is why small children aren't meant to ride in the front seat and also why some are pushing for regulations to modify airbags for shorter and frailer drivers.
Do you have any data to back this up? How do they file taxes without a SSN? They also aren't going to pay taxes because that is the benefit of being here illegally, no taxes! I'm sure at the end of the year, Pablo is going to add up all of his yard money and voluntarily send in 20% because he loves America so much and he wants to be apart of the system. Illegals try to avoid the government in every way possible. Once again, where do you get the information to make this claim? You make a blanket statement saying that illegals PAY INSURANCE. Are their exceptions? Perhaps, but more often than not, an illegal isn't going to drop $100 a month for car insurance. We all know that they would much rather send that $100 back to Mexico where it will feed and house the family for 6 months. Stick to the "it's great for the economy" argument and not try to paint this pretty picture that common sense tells you isn't true.
Your family has had accidnets on the highway with more than half of all the illegal immigrants in Houston? I have no idea whether any, all, some, or most, of them have insurance. You don't either unless you have accidents with more than 50% of the total number in Houston. Your family may have had experiences where they had accidents with uninsured illegal immigrants, but it does not mean that your experience represents the total population.
FB, Ive seen you use this rational plenty of times...but hadnt had the time to respond to it. As someone who did extensive amounts of under-the-table jobs in my younger days....allow me to inform you that you DO NOT have to have a SS # in alot of the day laborer jobs...cash at the end of the day...no paperwork...that job segment is MUCH larger than you know. I was discussing this(the paying into fake SS accounts) with someone who is the book-keeper for a company and according to her, if an employer sends SSI/tax monies to the government and it is attached to a fake ss#(a non-existent #)...the money is sent back tot he company since the gov doesnt have a account to attach it to. I dont know how true this is....but if so, it certainly throws a wrench into the whole "they pay taxes and dont collect on returns" argument. as for the jobs... well, ya know...we got TONS of welfare recipients...make it a requirement of receiving welfare that ou MUST work...and if you dont care to find one on your own...they can set them up with some of those jobs the illegals WERE doing. sorry folks...as much as some of yall want to make it a immigrants issue...it isnt about that AT ALL...it is about ILLEGAL immigrants. If you cant be bothered to go thru the system to acquire legal citizenship...then WE DONT NEED YOU. Those jobs yall talk about can be filled..by legal americans....as it should be. If you had to make a guess about the percentage of illegals that have car insurance, what would you guess? Of course we will never know but common sense tells me that it is going to be a very low number. I am trying to look up data but I would venture to guess that the poorer people are the less are insured. I would also guess that the vast majority of illegal immigrants are not well off.
