    Austin Police ain't gonna do jack squat to him. They have a history with letting UT-affiliated players get off easy.

    Has it been confirmed outside of the internet that it was Rashad Bobino?

    I mean that guy was like 5'10 at Texas and Huerta is 5'9. Guy in video looks way taller than 5'10.

    That may be the case as its hard to make out what is happening in the end.

    Actually there is some pretty clear evidence that Huerta initiates the fight with the guy and no one is denying that he deliberately squared off with the guy and did fight him.

    Street fighting isn't legal no matter what the reason and it is pretty clear cut that Huerta initiated the fight with Bobino.
