He was named in the Grimsley affadavit, though Grimsley and-or his agent came out later & said not all the names were accurate. The Mitchell Report should be interesting.
He wasn't named as a user. What Grimsley said was that Roger and Andy were two that he could never imagine using the stuff.

This doesn't mean I'm saying no way he is a user. It's foolish in today's game to think anyone is above the juice. But it's irresponsible to say his name has been tagged before. It hasn't been connected in anyway besides speculating sports writers and angry fans. The big sign for him is success at a late age. But it isn't like he got stronger or throws harder. He's lost a ton of stuff and has survived on location.
