Marcio Jose Sanchez / AP Updated: 10:18 p.m. ET Jan. 21, 2006 PALM DESERT, Calif. - Roger Clemens had a hole-in-one on the 180-yard, par-3 second hole at the Classic Course at Northstar on Saturday to help his team win the celebrity competition in the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic. The star pitcher’s teamed with actor Matthew McConaughey and Mike Eruzione, captain of the 1980 gold medal-winning U.S. Olympic hockey team. Jesper Parnevik, the 2000 Hope champion, was the tour pro playing with them, and he shot a 10-under 62. Competing with 12 other celebrity groups in the best-ball format, Clemens’ group finished a combined 65 under for four days, including 18 under for the final round. That was good for a one-stroke win over the group that included former NFL stars Ahmad Rashad and Marshall Faulk. http://msnbc.msn.com/id/10965568/
