For those of you who would like to play for the Rox: if Rodman ever had a chance, your chances would be bigger.

You know, I'm not sure that I would want Rodman on the Rockets, but I certainly wouldn't mind having this guy back in the league. I know that when a guy wants to get back into a league where he can make a million bucks a year he can definitely make himself sound good in interviews, but I've been impressed with him recently. In the past 6 months or so I've seen him on Leno & Carson Daly and he seemed like he'd really turned the corner. Hopefully someone will give him a roster spot and he can play well for them and not disrupt team chemistry.

How much is Rodman selling his NBA championship rings for? Does anyone know?

I'd like to collect the ones he got with the Pistons.

I kinda miss the worm myself, but that doesn't mean I want us to clear a roster spot for him. Maybe he should go to Philly so he & Iverson can skip practices together.

He is old and has been out of the league for too long to be really effective even without his distractions.
I do admire him for trying to make a comeback.

Quite honestly, if it weren't for the fact that we already have about five guys who can play minutes at power forward, I'd love to have him as a back up power forward. You know he'll go in and hustle and rebound. He always did.

However, with Howard, Taylor, Padgett, Weatherspoon and Bowen all able to play some minutes at power forward, I can't say we have much use for him.

Rodman should play for the expansion team. They need the publicity, he needs to get his ass kicked on the court from here to Wazoo. A marriage made in Hollywood.

No way Rodman would work with the Rox, but I do find it hard to believe there's not a team that doesn't need rebounding, defense and publicity.

I'd love to see him back in the NBA.

I do not think so. At 42 year old, he could barely play 20 minutes a game. Those young legs would kill him in the paint. He does not have that quick jumping ability any more. Without that, at about 6'7, he would not get you the kind of rebounding numbers he used to get. He would be a season-ending-injury in the waiting ....

People do get old, you know.

i don't really think he'd be that good anymore but he was never really a bad guy, just really weird so i wish him luck in his comeback. i think it would atleast be interesting to see what he has left...just not with us.

    ...like we need another PF.

maybe, if we only had 1 pf on the team, then i would consider him...after giving eddie a call, oakley again, but them i would think about it.
