He was charged based on allegations that were never proven and he was never convicted of the charges. They were fighting, he was loud and eventually pleaded disorderly conduct. There was no assault, the lady didn't go to the hospital, there was no evidence, she came out months later with these charges, which fizzled out.

Do you understand how the justice system works? First you get busted and charged. Then you post bail. Then your lawyer (depending on how much you pay him and his connections) will usually reduce your charges.

Oh c'mon. The KPJ girl was sent to a hospital. No one is contesting that she was severely injured and bleeding. There was a video of her not being able to walk by herself... Whether the vertebrae was broken by KPJ or it was congenital defect is the only thing that is being contested here...
