One of the greatest days in Houston sports history! Astros clinch the Wild Card and are back in the playoffs for the first time since 2001. The Texans win their first back to back games in franchise history. If only the Rockets were playing today as well.
im sure it depends on who is pitching. cause i sure as hell dont want to watch the astros at noon. i rather see them play in primetime. they better not jerk around. I hate seeing the astros play the early game.
Expect them to announce it some time today or tommorow. The fact that the Rocket is now scheduled to go in GAME 1 may have heavy influence on that night game for Wednesday... especially since FOX has already said that the Yankees were starting on Tuesday night. We'll see... the only other candidate for exposure that night would be the Red Sox, and they could be playing on the west coast (meaning no Fox game). EDIT: They just announced it... game 1 3 pm ET.

That's awesome.... wow, I'm actually starting to like LA now (and being a life long Astros fan, that's tough... but its been years since that rivalry meant anthing). EDIT: I love the bench players when they get their hands on the champagne... no matter what team you're on, its always those guys who end up dousing everybody.
