Lol the offseason isn't even over with.

You'd think we lost Harden or Howard.

We lost a Center in Asik that didn't want to be here because he wants to be starter.

We lost a wildly inconsistent PG

And a Role player that thinks he's better than he is and was outplayed every single night by Batum...another role player.

If the Rockets were going to let Parsons go just like that, then they should've just traded him for Rondo this past season. SMH.

you guys dont get it do you?

who let parsons test free agency?

we could have gotten him cheap this year.

but noooo, some genius in our fo decided otherwise.

if this is business, and money comes first, we should have gotten parsons cheap this year and then made a move.

The same guy that nets $10 mil a year... and I thought Batum was overpaid.

No... I think Dwight and Harden will leave because this front office values cap space and flexibility over doing whatever it takes to win.

Is Parsons worth $15 million? No.

But it's not about the $15 million. It's about saying to your guys that you want to win, no matter the cost.

No, he's saying Parsons is not worth a max contract.

They can still make moves that make the team better. Get a PG that can be more consistent and handle the ball. See improvements from Dmo and Tjones. Have Harden be more consistent on defense and play better in the post-season.

If all of these things happen they are drastically better. If some of these things happen they are better.

You guys still believe that glue guys are worth max contracts? Learned nothing from Battier the ultimate Mr.Intagibles and glue guy?

Or it could have been that he wanted to treat his homegrown player like a person and not an asset. Something you lot cry and clamor for all the time.

No one really knows what the reasoning was. But I guess hyperbole and conjecture are too emotionally comforting to pass up.

    No.
    The tier 2 B-list roster.

Still ridiculous, but he's probably the 12th man player.

Provisional roster to go to camp to compete for a spot... not the final roster by any stretch of the imagination.

CP25 did give a shout out to Morey and Mr. A though:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Just heard from <a href="https://twitter.com/dmorey">@dmorey</a> and Mr. Alexander. Nothing but utmost respect for them, the fans and city of Houston. THANK YOU for your support!</p>&mdash; Chandler Parsons (@ChandlerParsons) <a href="https://twitter.com/ChandlerParsons/statuses/488447434872213505">July 13, 2014</a></blockquote>
    <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
And the H-town fans (although he will still get booed in all likelihood!):
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Houston will always have a special place in my heart and I will never forget the memories. My teammates, I love you, thank you.</p>&mdash; Chandler Parsons (@ChandlerParsons) <a href="https://twitter.com/ChandlerParsons/statuses/488447479583477760">July 13, 2014</a></blockquote>
