Kind of a weak attempt to use my words against me. Your hatred of Harden is beyond reasonable and you never miss a chance to express that. So I stand by those words. Do us all a favor. Go get a hobby other than Clutchfans. Or don't post until you get some help.

Hopefully. It would. be an incredibly risky move. Calling John Lucas Intervention Inc.

Agreed. I love BI. Very underrated player that would be amazing to plug in at SF.

Considering Zion botched up his diet and rehab so many times now the firing should have been a season earlier.

You won't get a motivated, locked in Zion until 2027/28 when he's in the final year of his deal and needs to prove something to get paid again.

Can't count the times I've heard things like "he's the laziest player in the league", "doesn't care about the game".

Dude is a hard no for me.

Ingram we can discuss a deal for ....

I agree with you, but I would consolodate those picks on another player, or two. The risk with Zion is real, so this is a way to protect against this.

Zion ain't changing games from the bench.

He has two issues. First is the weight and lack of discipline. Second is the "body" issue. Even if he was in shape, he's still gonna blow out something when he jumps and lands. See Blake Griffin. One issue you can deal with, with both he is hopeless.

Third, so what if he is an amazing player? Dude can't even complete 1 season wtf. He been in the league for 4 yrs he's barely played over 100 games lol. The crazy thing is he is already like this now when he is on a rookie deal, y'all think he's suddenly gonna be super motivated when he starts getting 33M a year? Has there been a cause of a player who was a total flake when he was making rookie money then suddenly became a franchise players once he got handed hundreds of millions of guaranteed dollars?

My first answer is a definite no.

    But on the cheap?

    4th pick only - ok
4th pick and a couple non core players - Hmmm
4th pick, a non-core player, a core player, and a nets pick - no thank you.

He is a legit 1. I don't know if anyone on this team is that. I think you roll the dice. Could be a huge bust.

you bozo's forget that our pick is #4 protected for next year. So if Zion ****s us then at least we have like an 80% chance of keeping our pick.

4+ 20 + KPJ + KMJ + Tate for Zion + Daniels OR Alvarado (i'm not sure who Pelicans value more).

    Pelicans trot out

KPJ/McCollum/BI/Murphy/Valucinas with jones and the #4 pick come off the bench.

This would be a strong candidate for the absolute worst trade the Rockets have ever made. Completely ridiculous. Like going to a garage sale and paying a thousand bucks for an old, broken refrigerator that needs new parts to even get it working again.

The upside seems too limited to me to give away a potential franchise altering pick for a potentially franchise altering player who has shown us who he is with 114 games in 4 years.

A leopard don't change his spots.

Hell, I might not take him if they gave me their lotto pick this year. 5/195 could ruin you if he doesn't play (enough).

Or if he's like embiid and that just gets to become a contender so much quicker ..u take the risk, injury risk yes but if he gets healthy like embiid, then he's a Hof talent for sure

He already has like 5 yrs of max money locked up. What’s his incentive to work hard and get in shape? I don’t think New Orleans can get enough to move him.
