No surprise here. He couldn't get off of the bench even with all of the injuries. It was a matter of time.

I wonder what changed. We know exactly what Ryno can and can’t give us from the get go. So why sign him if we don’t think we have any use for him?

I'm assuming they have to have someone lined up to replace him. Writing was pretty much on the wall when he still wasn't playing with all the players on the DL. Honestly it was strange he stayed on the roster this long given the court time he saw, or lack thereof.
I think they could've make his contract fully guaranteed before moving him, maybe they want to sign Clemons quickly to avoid another House situation, i don't know...Rockets also have a couple of decent TPE, but i'm not sure they're going to use those.
