    It's more than just doubling someone that makes defense good though...

    Not quite. To increase penetration they created a defensive 3 seconds to prevent big men from constantly clogging the lane.

    Most teams don't use the zone defense, which is small compensation for the defensive 3 seconds and the limiting of hand checking.

    I turned it off after 58 seconds in after Hakeem missed a shot. He sucks.
