It's no big deal when someone from 610 mentions something from this board. They give props to this site constently especially Matt. We all know they read the board and they are not trying to hide it.
I appreciate the update but common now....we are talking about training here not even an actual summer league game. Training folks.......get some perspective. For all we know the opposite of what has been hinted in this thread may be the reverse or close come actual game time. All that we have heard is a bunch of subjecttive stuff from a fella we cannot take his scouting or words seriously [no offense intended]. I will just take all of this with thanks and a bag of salt. Summer League will make things clearer going forward.
head could possibly be better than the end of year/postseason injured bob sura, but when the rockets where at their best, bob was one of our best rebounders and a huge spark to the starting lineup. it's amazing how quicky his contribution has been forgotten. wesley's legs and his shot kind of gave out on us at the end but his aquisition also tied into our best stretch of play. thanks for the update. i'm very excited about head, and how quickly he may be able to contribute but i have a hard time believing he's already better than those two, particularly if sura is healthy. i really hope you're right though.
that is true...as much as I appreciate him taking the time to give us his impressions...until he develops a reliable scouting track record with us...we cant automatically assume that was he says is gospel. absolutely no offense intended Kas...but there are alot of sports fans that like to talk like they are good scouts...but most of them really arent that good...and unless I have had a chance to hear more of your scouting takes..I cant take what you say at face value...good or bad. now, for the REAL pisser as far as Summer LEague goes... I have been searching for days tryin to find who is televising the MINN Summer league so I can record it...and guess what? NO ONE IS. Hopefully, one of our MINN posters can get in and give us their opinions...cause that will be the only coverage we will get.

To his credit, this guy did post that he was extremely high on Joey Graham, who ended up getting drafted ahead of Granger. He also gave a strong report on Daniel Ewing who ended up going a lot higher (#32) than most had expected.

It seems like they're not supposed to mention this site on the air or something. Everytime a caller mentions clutchfans.net the subject is quickly changed. Maybe they think that people will stop listening to the radio and start getting their sports info here?
yea...and the real pisser is....NBA TV is carrying the Las Vegas league that ends on the same day that the MINN league starts.. they could easily go right from one to the other since they tape delay the games anyway.....but NOOOOOOO....I guess the Minn leauge isnt sexy enough for them. today...nope..never even seen it myself..what channel does it come on? cenbo, gotta give ya credit...at least you didnt start a thread to get that off your chest..but glyde is right, if you cant find the answers that you seek by looking around...gotta wonder about ya.
anyone knowif hollis price will be worth a damn? i remember when he played for OU... he had a sweet ass shot and quick first step. i hated it when we had to play against them, b/c he always tore us up. any thoughts?
No, Adam mentioned fan board. Its not the first time Matt has used this site to get info for his show and not mention anything about where he got it. But its all good, they got to fill up four hours.
